These stools propose a way of working with irregular waste wood pieces by using them as a starting point in the design process. A Grasshopper definition was developed to translate the varying dimensions of the waste material into adaptable templates that can be read and cut by a CNC machine. Waste is not treated as a limitation, but as a resource capable of supporting consistent production while preserving variation. Each piece makes visible that value does not disappear when a material is discarded, it only waits for a system that can receive it again.
